Prof. Changjun Liu

Biography: He received his bachelor's degree and master's degree from Hebei University in 1994 and Sichuan University University in 1997. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the Sichuan University since 1997. He received his phd in 2000 and was promoted to associate professor in 2004, to Professor in 2005 and to doctoral Sichuan University in 2005. From 2001 to 2002, postdoctoral fellow of Seoulnational University in Korea, and visiting scholar of Ulm University in Germany from 2006 to 2007. He has long been engaged in the research and application development of microwave circuits, microwave Wireless power and microwave sources. In 2009, he was awarded the outstanding young discipline leader of Sichuan Province, the new century talent of the Ministry of education in 2013, the“Outstanding Teaching” award of Sichuan University in 2017, and the expert of Tugong in Sichuan Province in 2018, in 2019, he won the first prize of Technological Invention in Sichuan province. He has been the director of Radio Physics since 2013.

Prof. Samir Ladaci

National Polytechnic School, Algeria


Biography: Samir Ladaci received the State Engineer degree in Automatics from the Polytechnic School of Algiers in 1995 and the Magister degree in Industrial Automation from Annaba University, Algeria in 1999. He received his Ph.D. and HDR degree (Habilitation à diriger les Recherches) from the department of Electronics, Mentouri University of Constantine, Algeria in 2007 and 2009 respectively. From 2001 to 2013, he was an assistant professor and then associate professor (Maitre de conférence 'A') in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Skikda University, Algeria. And from December 2013 to October 2021 ha was with the National Polytechnic School of Constantine, Algeria as a Full Professor in Automatics and Control Engineering since January 2015. Beginning from 1rst November 2021 he joins the National Polytechnic School at Algiers, Algeria. He authored more than 140 papers in indexed journals and international conference proceedings and coauthored a Book and many book chapters; he also supervised more than 10 (ended) PhD theses. His current research interests include Fractional order Systems and Control, Fractional Adaptive Control, Robust Control, Fractional order chaotic systems, Identification...

Prof. Yongjin Zhou

Biography: Yong Jin Zhou, IEEE Member, OSA Member, and Senior Member of Chinese Institute of Electronics. He received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2006, and Ph.D. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2011, respectively. From 2009 to 2010, he was a visiting scholar of University of Houston. From 2011 to 2012, he was a software engineer with EEBU of Marvell Technology (Shanghai) Ltd. From 2012 to 2015, he was an Assistant Professor with School of Communication & Information Engineering, Shanghai University, Shanghai, China. From 2015, he was an Associate Professor with School of Communication & Information Engineering, Shanghai University, Shanghai, China. From 2020, he was a Professor with School of Communication & Information Engineering, Shanghai University, Shanghai, China. He has authored and coauthored over 90 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He has served as ACES Journal guest editor and is serving as a Youth Editorial Board Member Journal of Electronics & Information Technology and an Editorial Board Member of Current Graphene Science. He has served as a session chair for several International Symposiums.

Assoc. Prof. Lisu Yu

Nanchang University, China


Biography: He has published lots of top international journals or flagship conferences papers as the first author or corresponding author, including IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine, IEEE Communications Standards Magazine, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, and so on. He has served as the student activities chair of IEEE Communication Society Chengdu Chapter and several international conferences technical program committee (TPC) member, Section Chair and Special Track Chair, including IEEE BigData, IEEE WCSP, and so on. He is now serving as an Area Editor of the Elsevier Physical Communication, Editors of the Elsevier Computer Communications, PeerJ Computer Science, PLOS ONE, and Frontiers in Signal Processing for Communications, and a Managing Guest Editor of Elsevier Internet of Things and Cyber-Physical Systems, and IEEE Communications Society Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing (TCGCC) and Signal Processing and Computing for Communications (SPCC) Members. He is a Senior Member of CIC, Member of IEEE, Member of CCF. His main research interests include advanced wireless communications (5G/6G), non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), ultra-dense network (UDN), machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), and visible light communication (VLC).
